Hi there!  Let's make some delicious chocolate cookies Ingredients: 1 cup cocoa powder 1 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup vegetable oil  2 tsp vanilla extract 4 eggs 2 cup plain flour 2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 2 tsp expresso powder (optional) 1 cup icing sugar 1 tbsp cornstarch * I made this recipe using a whisk, but I'd recommend using a mixer *  I got 43 servings out of 1 batch 🙃 We're gonna start by mixing our sugar, cocoa powder and oil until combined and then vanilla extract. Next we're gonna add in our eggs, mixing each for about 30 sec before adding next. Once all the eggs are incorporated we're gonna add our dry ingredients. In a different bowl mix flour, baking powder expresso powder, salt and sift. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients little by little until just combined. Cover the dough and let it refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours.  Once the dough is chilled, preheat your oven to 350 F - 175 C and mix the cornstarch with icing sugar. Line your pan w...
